- No waiting. Custom work takes time. Rights for reproduction are available upon signed contract and payment
- You know what you're buying. With custom work, you are paying in advance for a result you haven't seen yet, and you need to trust that it will turn out the way you wanted it. By purchasing usage rights of a pre-existing piece, you know in advance what you will get.
How much does it cost?
This depends on a variety of circumstances, so I need to know the details before I can give you an exact quote. Here are some parameters that can affect the price:
- Your product(s) (album art, book covers, t-shirts, posters)
- Where will they be sold? (location or region)
- Whether you're self-publishing or have a publisher
- How many copies you're planning on producing
- How long you want to use the artwork for (duration of usage rights)
- Additional products you wish to use the work on (website, posters & flyers, T-shirts etc.)
